Account Deletion
We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Mayson account and what happens to your data.
Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have:
- • Exported any data you wish to keep
- • Cancelled any active DCA plans
- • Withdrawn funds from connected exchanges
- • Downloaded your tax reports
What Gets Deleted
Immediately Deleted
- • Your account and login credentials
- • Exchange API keys (securely destroyed)
- • Conversation history with Mayson
- • Portfolio alerts and DCA plans
- • Personal settings and preferences
Retained for Compliance
- • Trade execution records (7 years)
- • Tax-related transaction data
- • Anonymized usage analytics
- • Legal compliance logs

How to Request Deletion
From the App (Recommended)
Log into the Mayson app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is the fastest method and processes within 24 hours.
Via Email
Send an email to privacy@mayson.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered email address.
Processing time: 5-7 business days
Request Form
If you cannot access your account, fill out the form below. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
Send Deletion RequestAfter Deletion
Once your account is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email. Any connected exchange API keys will be securely destroyed and can no longer be used through Mayson.
If you wish to use Mayson again in the future, you will need to create a new account and reconnect your exchanges.
