• Ensuring your exchange API keys have appropriate permissions
• Keeping your contact information up to date

• Circumvent any security measures or rate limits

8. Safety Features

Mayson includes safety features such as trading guardrails, position limits, and approval workflows. While these features are designed to help protect you, they do not guarantee against losses and you remain responsible for all trades executed through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also close your account at any time by visiting our Account Deletion page.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
